A stretch Ivory lace overlay with a nude stretch underneath layer. Very lightweight and comfortable specifically chosen for a hot beach wedding.
Cathedral length veil also happy to gift with this purchase also in Ivory which cost £225. I paid £1565 for this in 2021.
So comfortable and £250 of alterations done, seems could be let out at top and waist but hips I had let out so not much seam left.
The colour is amazing, adored how this dress made me feel.
No major flaws, minor fine threads may have rubbed up on the odd lace petal - very usual signs of wear.
Alterations
I had altered the under bust taken in for a tight support, waist and hips let out a bit and the lining had a small train which I just wanted to come to the floor. Two bones removed from the back (it had four) but two was easily enough. Length shortened, I wore flats and I am 5’8”
I also had a button loop strengthened at the back to hold the train up in a bustle. The straps I had elastic added so my arms had no restrictions.
