The Dress
Great dress for a mid size gal! It is super flattering. I absolutely loved it and felt so secure in the corset. The material is super thick (so it is a heavier dress) and feels sturdy so I wasn’t worried about ripping it.
It is a full corset from your chest through waist (stops pretty much right where your legs bend when you sit) so feels very snug. Only worn twice (wedding day and bridal photos) and it’s in great condition.
Alterations
No alterations done to length of dress, or waist/back. The shoulders were taken in a bit and than under armpit was “trimmed” due to that. I also took off the buttons on the straps for the “button on” sleeves but will include the sleeves. I also added a sheer piece of nude fabric to the V neck but that could easily be taken off. A bustle was also added.
