The Dress

I have never felt more beautiful than I did in this lovely dress. And everyone else seemed to think so too, I got so many complements, not only from friends and family, but even down to the women in alterations said they couldn't stop looking at it.
The soft boho style was perfect for our romantic and relaxed wedding vibes. The straps add a bit of interest beyond what a traditional strapless gown does, both on the front and back, they really helped accentuate the back. They also made it more comfortable, as I was not having to tug up or worried about it slipping down like I would have with a strapless.
The cut of the neckline was amazing, the instant I put it on I could see it made my breasts look fantastic without being too revealing. The French lace on the bodice highlighted the contrast between bust and waist before gently flaring out, and highlighted all the right places. The beadwork was also marvelous.
The dress was very form-fitting in the bodice, and then lovely and flared after the waist. This dress was also one of the lighter dresses I tried on, there are several layers but they are mainly of tulle and lace, so the dress was quite comfortable through photos and reception.
The layers underneath are a soft sable/champagne color, which adds a ton of depth and luxuriousness to the gown. I loved that it wasn't stark white, but instead the soft ivory and undercolor suited my skin tone and was far more interesting to look at.
The back zips up and then has crystal buttons covering the zipper. The bustle is double, so you bustle the bottom layers and then bustle the top layer separately. Of course, the bustle can be removed or moved in alterations.
The dress was a sample gown I bought off the rack as we decided to get married only a few months after we got engaged. It was in excellent condition still, the inner tag has worn off a bit, and the very innermost layer of satin on the front (on the inside where the shoe touches when walking) has some pilling (again, this cannot be seen at all from outside of the dress). Otherwise the dress is in great condition.

Alterations

The dress was fitted closely to my waist and bust, the excess fabric they cut off will be included with the dress. The straps were also shortened, but not cut, so can be lengthened again. The dress was hemmed, but I am tall, so there is still a lot of dress left! A bustle was also added, as noted in the description.
