This dress was professionally dry cleaned straight after our wedding and has been stored in the original garment bag in a smoke-free home since 2016.

I absolutely loved this dress and hope you will too - it has a real feeling of glamour and the hand-sewn sequins sparkled in the sunlight. The shape is very feminine and flattering.

It has an inbuilt structure to hold your torso and bust securely without the need for any additional corset or bra. This allows the glittering effect from the straps at the back to really be shown off.

The skirt skims the hips and then pools out behind creating a beautiful train with detailed scalloped edging.

I did not need any additional petticoats which meant I found it fairly easy to use the toilet and the zip at the back meant that I could invest my time in the morning with hair/makeup rather than getting strapped into a dress. (It honestly is true that the morning flies by!)

There is very slight discolouration at the very back of the train (which I tried to show in the 4th picture) and a couple of pinholes in the mesh overlay but nothing can be seen except if you look very closely.

Alterations

The measurements I've listed for the dress were my exact measurements when I ordered the dress and the nape to floor-length was 136cm - the bust was brought in and as the sequins around the shoulders were scratching I added a soft fabric inside to make it more comfortable to wear all through the special day. There was also a clear bead was sewn on the back along the seam to allow for a bustle to be created (this was very handy for the evening) - the loop inside for the bustle did snap but could easily be sewn in again.
