The Dress
I was very excited to wear this dress at my wedding. It is absolutely beautiful with amazing detail. Every girl/woman should wear Oscar De La Renta on her wedding day!
This classic Oscar de la Renta strapless guipure lace dress (Style 44N42) was purchased in New York in October 2013.
The dress was made to measure to a US size 4 (an AU size 8). I then had it taken in by a dressmaker to fit my size. I would say it fits closer to a size 6 (AU) now.
There is minimal discolouration on the inner silk lining but this is not seen if you wear the dress as it's covered up by the outside lace. It was professionally dry cleaned after the wedding. I have the receipt for this service.
