The Dress

Karen Willis Holmes 'Sera' dress worn to my wedding in April 2019. The dress is a size 12 but has been altered to fit a size 10 on top and a 12 at the bottom. The dress is a white printed lace with a while under dress and has good stretch.

I have had it dry cleaned. There are a couple of minor dirt marks at the bottom that the dry cleaning could not get out, however, they are barely visible when worn. The dress is in good second hand condition.

I had a wonderful day in this dress, so I I am keen for this dress to go to a good home and to enjoy another wonderful wedding. Accordingly, I would prefer that prospective purchasers come and view the dress before purchase.

Alterations

The following alterations have been made:
- altering the dress so that it is a size 10 on top and a 12 at the bottom
- train was altered to suit someone of my height (ie 158cm)
- excess train material was taken from the train to create 'cup' sleeves, as per the photos
