About the Dress

Beyond fitting beautifully, complimenting curves in all the right ways, this dress is incredibly comfortable and light. As a plus, it includes a built in bra so that you don't have to worry about finding something that won't show and support you. Along with having delicate and chic beading in a vine-like pattern all around the bodice of the dress it also has amazing lace trim around the train. For me, the intracity of the bodice, Spanish flavor of the lace near the bottom of the dress, together with the smoothness of the crepe fabric are what I fell in love with, the dress was the perfect blend of flair and simplicity. Immediately upon trying this dress on at Pronovias I felt regal and seeing the full look together with my cathedral vail, day of make up and hair, I truly felt like a stunning bride.

This dress is in phenomenal condition (all beads in place and lace attached well) and it (miraculously) took no drink spills the night of the wedding. I also have a pack of extra beads that I will include with the dress in case they are needed down the line. Moreover, I wore the dress for total of 8 hours on a cool dry night in Florida. To keep it looking well, I was quick to get it professionally dry cleaned on [removed] after our wedding on [removed]. Given that the dress has a very large train, I did have it bustled; however, the button came out early in the wedding. Thankfully this really wasn't an issue because the dress has a handy Pronovias hanging string that I just wore on my wrist while dancing. If you do plan to wear this dress while dancing and celebrating it might be worth having a button or a few added to again be able to bustle it.

FYI: My height measurement above was taken with the shoes I wore with the dress (2 inch heels)

Alterations

The upper bodice of dress were adjusted a good amount since I'm rather small-medium busted. The majority of the rest of the dress was left unaltered other than taking it in slightly around the waist and shortening the bottom since I was wearing heals on the shorter side.
