The Dress
This is a gorgeous, brand new Martina Liana gown. Between buying this dress and my wedding day, the vibe of my wedding changed and I wanted a different look so I ended up buying another dress to wear. This has only been tried on twice in the store and has been cleaned and steamed.
It is a silk white color. The dress features a circle cut skirt with a stunning, long train that has silk cut buttons all the way from the waist to the edge of the skirt. There is also a lace applique border around the hem of the skirt.
The bust is sheer with beaded lace all over, a modest V-cut in the front and a deep v-cut in the back. The bodice is fitted through the waist, which makes for a really flattering silhouette.
Alterations
I have a large bust relative to my waist size, so I had the arm holes expanded to accommodate my chest.
I also had a french bustle added, so you can tuck the train under for dancing. The french bustle is super easy to do - there are 5 loophooles/buttons that are numbered.
