The Dress

Congratulations on your Engagement - I hope my gown makes you feel as beautiful as it made me feel!

THE DRESS

The "Lela" by Ines Di Santo is a statuesque gown slung from delicate straps, adorned with twinkling beaded floral appliqués for a pared-back look that is perfectly suited to the modern bride. The soft cameo pink lining, muted by the sheer off-white lace overtop, adds a subtle touch of colour that gives this gown a warm and romantic feel.

THE CONDITION

The gown is made in Canada. It was purchased in 2020 from the Ines Di Santo Flagship Boutique in Toronto, Canada.

The gown is very lightly used. It was worn for an intimate outdoor ceremony and indoor restaurant reception in September 2020. No dancing due to restrictions of COVID-19.

The gown has been professionally dry-cleaned.

THE ALTERATIONS

1. Bustle (American) AND wrist loop added.
2. Length hemmed (I am 5'6" and wore 3.5" heels).
3. Light cups sewn-in (I am a 34DD/32DDD) - Can be removed.
4. Taken in slightly (Closer to a Size 10 than the labeled Size 12)

*I opted for a sheath/column look, but the gown would also be well-suited for a fit-and-flare look, which can be achieved fairly easily by fitting the bodice and hips.
