The Dress

The Stevie dress in Bone was an absolute dream on my wedding day. I would love someone to be able to wear my dress so they can experience the amazing feeling that I did. This Stevie has the Bone underlay which I just loved as an alternative to traditional ivory. This exclusive version was only out for a year before they discontinued the Stevie all together so there are not many bone underlays out there. It was absoloutley gorgeous with the crispy white, ivory lace overlay on top of the bone, making the lace really stand out. The beautiful detailed lace has small sequins stitched into it, so it catches the light beautifully. I also purchased the detachable tulle wings and Chani veil from Made with Love. It is extremely comfortable to wear and I was able to sit down and dance all night. It also travels exceptionally well and doesn't crease, just hanging it up is enough to let any fold or creases drop out.

I had to take in the dress from a 10 to a 8/6 my waist area was more so to a 6 and then the hips to an 8. I added a small white ribbon as a way to tie up the train for dancing in the evening. All material is still on the dress from the alterations of taking the dress in so if need be can be taken out again or further alterations can be made to take it in further. The dress has been professionally dry cleaned.

Alterations

Purcahsed the dress in a size 10 got alterations for the dress to fit me as a size 8 on the hips and closer to a size 6 on the waist. All material has remained on the dress so can be altered back to original size. I am 165 cm tall and wore 8 cm heels so dress has been cut to that length.
