The Dress

Hi there! Thank you for looking at my dress! I wore it only for about 5 hours, on my wedding day in January 2020. The dress is in overall good condition. It will probably have to be steamed, as there are some wrinkles from storage.

I purchased from David's Bridal. (Style Number MS251199IVYCHA) The dress is two different parts, a silk type fabric under slip with spaghetti straps (champange color), and a sheer fabric overlay with a gorgeous train (ivory). It was orginally a regular size 10 and I had a TON of alterations done. A good $700 dollars of alterations. So for any short brides out there $400 is a screaming deal for a 1000+ dollar dress and expensive alterations.

This dress is for a SHORT bride.
I am 5 foot 1 inches tall and wore flats with my dress. So ideally a 5 foot 1 inch and under bride would wear this dress well.

The belt as seen in the pictures is sewn onto the dress but can be easily removed by a seamstress. Also, the two layers of the back dress are tacked together to avoid the two fabrics shifting while wearing it, but can also be removed.

My measurements are:
5 foot 1 inches tall
132 pounds
37 inch bust
31 inch waist
39 inch hips
And I wear a 32ddd bra
