The Dress

Wow the Aria gown was literally the dress I knew I had to wear for my wedding day well before I was even engaged. I've forever loved Karen Willis Holmes and the minute I got engaged I phoned KWH to ask them if they were still making the "Aria" gown. They advised that they had one left in the country in their Armadale store (which is where I was going) and they had a size 10 (usually an 8 but being cut on the bias meant I needed the 10 for my hips)....talk about fate. It was the 1st dress I tried on and the last.

It's silhouette is stunning, high halter neck line that is backless but has beaded strap details. Comes with matching belt. This dress has a double satin lining, the top layer is chiffon with sequins and beading.

It is a really unique gown, one that no one else (unless wearing mine or another for sale on here) will ever wear again.

Alterations

Dress was shortened to suit me, I am 5' 4" (163cm), also had back taken in slightly and boob cups added for shape. Total of alterations came to over $1000. I am more of an 8 in normal clothes.
