About the Dress

One of a kind Chantel Lauren dress made with the finest silks and fabrics. This is a custom one-of-a-kind wedding dress, it has a Mae top and Remington skirt. The top is a silk tank bodice with added boning (Mae) and a hand-painted satin organza skirt (Remington). The dress is a designer size 10 but
I typically wear a dress size 6. The skirt is handpainted in various shades of blue and silver.

There have been no alterations made to the dress.

I did not have the dress professionally dry cleaned based on mixed reviews and I did not want to damage the delicate skirt. I did, however, hand-wash the lining with the Delicate Wash from The Laundress. It turned out beautifully!!! The only blemishes that this dress has is a missing I hook that can be easily replaced and an imprint from a leaf that is barely noticeable (please see pictures).

This was an extremely comfortable dress and will make any wedding a true fairytale! I am sad to see my dress go but I know that it will make any bride feel just magical!!
