The Dress

Selling my beautiful Bridal by Aubrey Rose wedding dress “Ambar”. Priced to sell as I don’t have space to store. Worn for my wedding on 25th July 2019 and has been professionally dry cleaned.

Original price was $3799, I managed to purchase for 10% off for $3419 (see pic of receipt) and paid $50 for the hoop to wear underneath. A bustle has also been added ($250) so you can tuck away the train when it’s time for dancing. Selling the dress and hoop together for $700.

The dress is absolutely gorgeous and very flattering on. There is no need for a bra or spanx which makes it super comfy and the material has a little bit of stretch making it easy to sit/dance/move in even after dinner and a few drinks.

The dress was purchased as a size 8 but has been taken in and is now closer to a size 6 however, it can be taken in or out if need be. It has been hemmed to 170cm.

There is a teeny pull in the netting by the bust area (please see pic). I have a friend who works at Bridal by Aubrey Rose (bridal shop I purchased the dress from) who has said it will be a very easy and cheap fix for a seamstress. I have an incredible seamstress that I can recommend. Apart from this the dress is in excellent condition.

I got so many compliments on this dress and felt so beautiful in it. I can't wait for someone else to wear it and feel the same!

Alterations

- I’ve had a 3 point bustle put on so the train can be tucked away for when it’s time to dance.

- The dress was originally a size 8 but it has been taken in making it now closer to a size 6.

- Dress is hemmed to 170cm
