I knew the minute I tried this dress on it was exactly what I wanted. I felt beautiful the day I tried it on and the day of the wedding. It was flattering for my lumpy bod, I wasn't fidgeting trying to pull anything up or fix anything throughout the night, I even found the perfect undergarment and can share the details. I never dreamed of my wedding day as a kid, but wearing this dress that day felt like a dream.
Alterations
-The sleeves were taken up from the shoulder rather than from the waist in order to make the v-neck slightly more tasteful for my father to see me in :)
-The length was shortened to fit my 5'5" body + 3-4" heels
