The Dress

Berta style 18-11 hand sequin wedding wedding dress. Is in near new condition - no rips or tares. Has been dry cleaned by a professional wedding dress dry cleaner. Over skirt detaches from the dress completely please refer to photos. Overskirt has not been altered in anyway. Under dress has been altered in length. I’m 5’4 with heels on. I still have the off cuttings from the alterations which can be reattached to the dress.
