The Dress

The gown, an individual design by “Annette of Melbourne,” is a very slender mermaid style.
The natural colour of the pure silk fabric is highlighted by an overlay studded with tiny crystals. The crystals reflect both sunlight and night lighting to make the gown “shimmer.”
The bodice of the gown is crafted on the signature “Annette of Melbourne” French corset. This sculpts the body into the perfect shape, creating a tiny waist and giving great definition to the bust.
The gown has slender straps forming a deep “V” at the front and a low scooped neckline at the back. The neckline is edged with a delicate embroidered design which is repeated in panels towards the bottom.
The train flows beautifully to display the intricate panels. The train can be bustled up and attached to a hidden button to ease movement while dancing and mingling at the reception.
The gown has been cleaned by Syndal’s Bridal Dry Cleaners (as recommended by A of M). A hand-made veil (by A of M) is also included.
The gown is a Size 8. I am 165cm tall and I wore 10cm high heels.
