The Dress

This dress has a gorgeous A-line silhouette with a beaded, lace-appliqued bodice. It has a sheer high neckline that complements the zipped-up illusion back. This A-line ivory wedding dress finishes in a flowy chiffon skirt and chapel train. The skirt also has a right side-front slit that goes to above the knee and stunning lace inserts. The lace inserts also have some sequins to give off a subtle sparkle in the skirt. The train is my favorite part of this wedding dress. The look of the lace panel in the train is stunning.

I originally intended to wear this dress at my wedding and I did get alterations on it. I ended up with a different dress so this dress is in perfect condition with no tears or marks. There is nothing wrong with this dress, in fact it is a beautiful design. In the end, I just wanted a different look. I had it hemmed to my height of 5'7” plus 3inch heels. I typically wear a dress size 12, though the 'size' of this dress is a size 16.

Alterations

It was hemmed to my height of 5'7'' plus 3inch heels. We altered the bust slightly to fit my 36D bra size plus cup inserts. A 5-point bustle was also added, which is one less thing to worry about!
