The Dress

I love this dress because of its simple elegance! The back zips up under the buttons that run down the train, and the bust is padded so I didn't have to wear a bra. It has been dry cleaned and preserved, and is in very good condition. The matching belt has diamante beading and is in excellent (if not perfect) condition.

I am 5'5", 145lbs with a muscular build - which is usually a hard shape to fit - and the size 10 fit nearly perfectly.

Alterations

The only body alterations were on the back, to bring the train a bit tighter to the buttocks on the seam (very minor alteration here). The dress was hemmed to be floor-length (I am 5'5" and wore ballet flats) and she added buttons for bustling (it was so great for the party afterwards!).
