About the Dress

Beautiful Pronovias Prunelle illusion lace neckline and illusion lace back. Mermaid style bodice, low waist, sweetheart neckline. Floral lace appliques fill most of the upper portion of dress and then down all the way to the train. Buttons line the illusion lace back. The dress was worn for less than 5 hours at my wedding. It is very light with its crepe fabric.

I had many comments about my dress with people saying it was one of the most beautiful wedding dresses they had ever seen (not exaggerating).

It has been dry cleaned, please see pic of the train on the brown carpet to see how clean it came out.

Alterations

It was a Size 10 and was altered to fit me; I was ~124 lbs, 33 inch bust, 26 inch waist. I typically wear a US Small to X-Small in tops and US Size 2-4 in pants, Size 26 in designer jeans, and US Size Small in pants. It was made tighter around the waist and hips but it's not super hugging to my butt (see photos).

I wore 3 inch heels so that would have made me 5'7" on my wedding day.The dress was altered around those heels so I could walk without stepping on the dress but also long enough to cover my shoes. The train was not altered except for the 3 button bustle that was created (see photo)

There are light bra cups sewn inside so I didn't need to wear a bra; see pictures to what my bust ended up looking like but I am normally an A cup in bra. The cups can be easily removed.

After a trip to the dry cleaner, one of the bra cups became detached on one side (see photo) but can be easily fixed. Also, the last button on the back came loose but is still attached and can also be easily fixed.
