The Dress

This design was in the window of Mariana Hardwick on my first visit. I tried on several other dresses, but couldn't take my eyes off this one! As soon as I tried it on, I knew this is what I imagined I would wear.

The French lace on this dress is stunning. Underneath is a champagne coloured material that makes the dress stand out from a traditional 'white' wedding dress. This is why I fell in love with it!

It fits perfectly to show off the waist and is fitted until about the knees where it flares out to a beautiful train of lace. It shows off my figure to add a bit more edginess to the dress. It also has cups (C cup) sewn into it so I did not need to worry about a bra.

I am 175cm tall and wore 8cm heels. My wedding was in October 2017 so the design is still current. The train also buttons up.

I am sad to sell this dress, but I hope someone else can love it as much as I did!

A few threads loose at the bottom of the dress from general wear.
