the only issue i had was that the buyer was from Ireland and the currency conversion rate showed her the selling price in pounds was just under what I had listed in AUD. I had to settle for the cheaper price as it wasnt her fault.

I am as floored when I found the dress I fell in love with at a boutique here on Stillwhite! It still had tags on it and was less than 50% of what I was going to pay at the boutique!! It’s a great way to buy without feeling guilty for spending $$$$ on a dress you’ll where once! I am team sustainability and second hand! This site is trying wonderful!! I originally had a dress picked out and partially paid for at a local bridal store. Nearly 3 months later I found out the dress was discontinued and could no longer be ordered. I was devastated. I found the exact dress I had ordered in a size that could be altered to fit me on this site. The process was easy. I received pictures and info from the seller to ensure the quality. After paying, myy dress arrived within days in the perfect condition the seller advertised. I’m so happy and can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day!!

Stillwhite is fantastic. The search filters are so helpful and the site in general is so easy to use. The email updates were really helpful as well. I was a bit last minute looking for a dress due to a range of circumstances and my options would have been much more limited without Stillwhite. I ended up with my dream dress for half the price, I’m reusing instead of buying new and I’m so happy this site exists. Will be recommending to absolutely everyone.

All was amazing. The only piece of feedback I would give was that the make an offer process was a little confusing. I think it would be better if the buyer made an offer. Rather than the seller. Then they can also select pick up etc.

I love Stillwhite! I’ve had a tough time this year because of covid I had to reschedule my wedding 3 times! In that time I bought and sold my wedding dress 3 times out of uncertainty, and just changing my mind over the course of a year and a half. Stillwhite has made it easy and affordable! I sold my original gown I purchased within just a few weeks and was able to find and buy my dream dress i thought I could never afford as a floor sample for an awesome price! I’m now selling the second dress I purchased that I got online from BHLDN during lockdown that was unfortunately too small and was final sale. I have no doubt it will sell in no time! Stillwhite is excellent! It is extremely straightforward to list as a seller, and the help section had answers to all of my questions. I was very pleased with the process and the outcome. Selling a dress requires finding that person who wants the particular dress in the particular size that you are hoping to sell, and obviously that isn't easy. I think Stillwhite has a large enough base of users to allow for those matches to be made.
