I like that I had different cost options to begin my selling process. I felt like the website was laid out very nicely, I could add all of the information I wanted to, and messaging/shipping is a seamless process. I deeply appreciated that I could keep the dress up as long as I needed, and that a cut of the profit wasn't taken away. It's hard enough to sell a dress you've loved, or thought was "the one" but turned out to not be, and Still White made the process easy.

I bought a dress on Etsy and absolutely loved it. Then I gained weight and it just didn’t fit me right. A gal smaller then me who lived close by came by and it’s bigger on her making it PERFECT to alter and bring in to herself! Sold! It looked better on her then ME and it made me so happy she now has her dress. And I now have my $$ back! Win win!!

It worked well, mostly when I paid for premium promotion. I got more interest on here than any other platform the dress was advertised on (Facebook/eBay/recycle my wedding). It would be good to have a filter to show that this dress was brand new rather than a sample or pre-loved.

It was easy to post my listing with a one-time small listing fee, and without the platform taking a huge percentage (although PayPal does take a small percent as that was the only method available to accept payment). I had listed the gown on Poshmark for over a year with no luck; this time the gown sold within a few months. Easy experience, and my only change would be that it would be nice to have more methods available for accepting payment that do not take processing fees.

Great experience I love that there is no on going cost to keeping my ad up for my dress and I got a lot of messages from girls. Need to add ease of video upload and live video chat. Could not upload videos from my mobile phone. As my dress was expensive, some buyers were nervous and wanted more proof that I was a real person with the real dress - 2 people pulled out of the sale which made it take longer to sell. Thank you for considering this feedback.

It was really easy. Way easier than I thought it would be. I actually really appreciate that you need to message the seller first and then they allow you to buy the dress (at whatever price you agree on). Buying a wedding dress isn't like buying any old thing of another reseller site so forcing people to speak to each other and ask questions is awesome. I know other websites stay away from this private convo because it can lead to people selling off-book but the protections around Stillwhite make it so that it's not worth it to try and make a deal elsewhere. My suggestion is not to lose these two things: the private messaging, and making buyers and sellers feel secure. Thanks!

Such a great resource for second hand wedding dresses and really easy to use website. I loved getting notifications as soon as there was a new listing of a dress that matched my saved searches. It allowed me to easily communicate with multiple people until I finally found my dress, and only 10 mins from my house! So exciting when you find an amazing dress for only half the price. Would absolutely recommend to everyone!
