Why can't I see a shipping address for my order?

A shipping address will not be displayed in your order while the payment is pending, to avoid sending the item too soon.

Once payment clears, the status of your order will change to Confirmed and shipping instructions including address and phone number, will be displayed.

Although most payments clear instantly, some need additional action from the seller or PayPal to proceed. During this time, an order will have a status of Paid and the shipping address will remain hidden.

Remember, never ship your item until payment has appeared in your PayPal account.
