How do I manage my notification settings?
To update your notification settings:
Website
- Click Profile then Settings from the main menu
- Select the Notifications tab
- Select notifications you would like to receive
Mobile app
- Sign in to your Stillwhite account
- Select the Profile tab and
- Tap Settings, then Notifications
- Select notifications you would like to receive
Types of notifications
These are the types of notifications you can get from Stillwhite:
- Chat messages: Communication from buyers or sellers
- Sold alert: Alert when a dress in your watchlist is sold
- Reduced alert: Alert when the asking price of a dress in your watchlist is reduced
- Saved search: Daily list of newly listed dresses matching your saved search filters
- Account support: Messages about your account, your orders, legal updates, security and privacy info, and customer support requests
How you receive notifications
These are the ways you can receive notifications from Stillwhite:
- Email: Sent to the email address in your Stillwhite account
- Push notifications: Sent to the mobile device or tablet that has the Stillwhite app
To help ensure we can contact you with important information, you can’t turn off email notifications related to orders, account activity, legal updates, security and privacy notices, and customer services requests.
