I bought the dress from Kleinfeld bridal in New york and the designer is Panina Tornai and custom made . The dress is backless and it has ribbon in the back to tight the dress. You can put the ribbon outside or inside of the dress. (you can hide the ribbon) . The fabric is lace with 3D flowers. I sell it with the veil. The veil is lace and nothing on it. (No flower) This dress is made with love and I wish you enjoy it on your big day xoxo
