The Dress

I bought this dress back in 2019 from Bellissima Bride in South Florida but didn't wear it until 2022 due to the pandemic. (It took me until now to finally list it online due to some medical emergencies after the below-mentioned consignment shop change.) It was purchased as a size 14 but, as explained in the alterations section, was adjusted to my size. A consignment shop that briefly listed it until turning their store into an alteration shop and returning it to me again labeled it as a size 12 but also listed it online as a size 8-10, the latter of which makes sense for my size at the time. So the size is probably somewhere around a size 8-12. The dress was originally strapless and did not have a belt, but I had the straps and a crystalled belt added. The color is champagne.

I don't remember if it has been cleaned, so I am selling at a price assuming it is not. I see some spots on the train that could probably be cleaned a bit more, but nothing big. The dress does have a bustle to pull the train up. The back has a zipper. The bodice has cups for the breasts.

Please note that I wore sneakers for my wedding, about an inch or two tall.

I had a really happy, fun, and lovely wedding in this dress. I hope someone can make new beautiful memories with it! It isn't having much fun in my closet. It's very comfy, and I frankly did not even need a bra for it and felt supported enough (I'm a C cup). The twirl factor is fabulous. The skirt just poofs out beautifully if you twirl. Just wonderful. I felt like a princess.

Alterations

Dress originally did not have a belt or sleeves. Both were added. The dress was also altered to my body, as I ended up wearing it in 2022 (wedding postponed due to pandemic).
