Alterations
I hemmed the dress to the length indicated above. I am 5 foot 4 and wore 4 inch heels. I also had the hips slightly taken in to reduce the puffiness and for a more fitted look. I had the bust taken in as well slightly. I am a 34-B and it was still large on me as the day went on. I also had the sleeves tightened slightly. I also had a liner put in so that the stomach/hips were not see through so only the back is see through.
