Alexandra Grecco Forsythia gown. I purchased this dress from Lovely Bride, an AG approved retailer. My order from the store was split sizing and with the straps removed. Split Size 2/6/10. Worn once on my wedding day for ~4 hours this past June (2024) and has been professionally dry cleaned and stored ever since. I am biased but I think this dress is Caroline Bessette-esque - the low back and corset made it feel super sexy while still being timeless and elegant!
The original price was $3,600 plus ~$800 in tailoring.
Alterations
Alterations/enhancements:
-Made corset top a little tighter so that I didn't have to pull it up throughout the night
-Brought hem up a bit. I am 5'7" and wore 3" heels - the dress was altered to hit just slightly above the ground so that it wouldn't get too dirty
-Added button to the back so that the dress could be bustled for dancing (shown in picture)
