Flat upon a surface, the waist measures 13.5 inches across and the hips measure 18.75 inches across. Flat upon a surface and unworn, the bust measures 15.25 inches across, although this expands when worn as the bust is cut beautifully to allow room for the bust, so the flat measurement makes it seem smaller than it is.
