The Dress

I loved wearing this beautiful dress (Emaline) for my spring garden wedding and would love to pass it on to another bride to enjoy! I tried on two dozen dresses and loved this one the most for its simplicity and elegance.

The fabric of this dress is ivory lace and tulle over a biscotti gown. The sleeves are detachable; I wore them for our ceremony and photos and then removed them for our reception. Its train is on the shorter side—I think chapel—so it felt light to wear and was easy to move around and dance in.

The dress has been dry cleaned and will ship in its original bag from the bridal shop.

Alterations

I had the dress hemmed at the front; I'm 5'6" and I wore 2.5 inch heels. I also asked for the straps to be taken in a little, but I honestly couldn't tell the difference. It does not have a bustle, but there is a wrist loop.
