Talk about a modern statement! Meet your next one true love with Stella York Style 7119. Let's start from the top, shall we? This high square neckline hints at vintage glamour, while an illusion center front plunge narrows toward the waistline for a totally updated twist. Curved seaming along the bodice adds structure and support, while the double-banded waist feature creates an empire waist effect that flatters the shape. The full skirt flows out from the bottom of the waist for a smoother A-line shape, creating more of an hourglass figure throughout the silhouette. If that's not enough to make you fall in love, the square back detail is absolutely to-die-for as it is fashion-forward. Tapering into a slight V-shape and squared off by the wide waistband, classic fabric-covered buttons then cascade throughout the base of the full train for grand entrance (and exit).

This dress is absolutely gorgeous!! It has a high square neckline that is extremely flattering, especially for a bride with a large bust. The princess seams and box pleats are also really flattering and slimming. And bonus - the dress has pockets!! The mikado fabric has a nice weight to it and really pretty luster. I also love the square back! It shows just enough skin but still makes you feel like you’re secure in the dress. I purchased this as a sample from Blue Sky Bridal in Portland, Oregon but decided to go with a dress that is more suitable for our civil ceremony. It has not had any alterations. It is missing one fabric covered button on the back that should be very easy to replace. It also has one small mark on the back that should come out with spot treatment.
