The Dress

Worn for my wedding in April 2024. Bought brand new and the dress has since being professionally dry cleaned (receipt available). Originally purchased from True Society by Tuscany Bridal in Leederville.

I wore the dress with the detachable shawl in place, but removed this for the wedding reception. Although the bow was not used, the attachment for it on the dress is still in place.

Although the dress is a size 12, I am usually a size 8-10 (but note I was also 16 weeks pregnant at the time and a bit more bloated than normal, however, still fit into my normal size clothes).

Alterations made include;
- train length and shape
- bust circumference (from the boning on the sides to ensure the front was not "gaping")
- addition of bustle with reinforced button to hold the weight
- train loop/handle added
- length of dress to suit my height with heels (height 163cm with ~4-5cm heel)
- length of the shawl (detachable) to accomodate the look I was after without the cross over at the back.

Pick up in Subiaco or can post at buyers expense. The wedding dress comes in the garment bag.

On close inspection after wear, there is one button missing at the very end of the train and a small stitch coming loose around the bust (can easily be amended during your own alterations). I am happy to provide more photos on request.
