The waist on this dress was not altered. My seamstress altered the straps and the length, but did so in a way that material was not cut out, just shortened. The hems can be undone to lengthen. This style had the option of sleeves which I did not purchase. I am curvy in the waist and this fit and flare style was perfect for my body. There’s no sparkle or glitter, just a simple boho lace look.
