The sleeves can be easily removed. I had to remove them for my dance.
My bust is pretty small -- I was always an A cup. Same with my waste.
This dress might be customized for the tall and slender ones!
Alterations
I had the smallest alterations -- tightened the bust just a tad and shortened the front of the dress so I didn't trip. I am about 5'8" but with heels, I am probably 5'11".
