I love the idea of buying a preowned wedding dress. I am able to get a designer dress at half the price! I’m so happy and excited I get to wear the dress of my dreams and I’m so appreciative to the seller. I’m gonna sell the dress again after getting it dry cleaned so hopefully I can make another bride as happy as I feel. I would like to mention one thing I wish could be added. I would have liked an area where the sellers can mark if they are willing to ship overseas. I was very interested in a dress and went to purchase it and she told me she doesn’t ship overseas after asking for my address. Rather disappointing. Other then that I couldn’t be happier!

The service was quick and simple to use. The main problem I had was that lots of potential buyers wanted me to post but I only wanted collection in person. Perhaps having a very clear section that states collection only would be useful. I had it on my advert but it was largely ignored! Eventually sold my dress to a lovely local Londoner.

It took 4 years to sell and I ended up significantly reducing the price of the dress (85% off) in order to gain some interest - had at least half a dozen people try on but it didn't fit/suit. I attended the Still White sale day a couple of years ago but hardly any buyers attended - it was a great idea in theory but a waste of time for so many dress sellers because there wasn't enough interest.
