I also love the feature of the website that lets you see each picture posted of a dress without having to click on the listing. I didn’t find any other pre-owned wedding dress site or other vendor with this feature. buyerI really love the concept of finding a new home for dresses. Technically, I had a few issues with the filter when using it on my phone. So I would look at a dress and when I would go back it would change the filter to a previous one. Other than that it was great and I would recommend it.More

buyerI found a dress on the site that I had fallen in love with originally when I just started looking for dresses for my daughter. It was pure luck that months later I found it on this site and she liked it as well! The communication with the seller was excellent, the price unbeatable (we saved 85% off the retail price!), and the whole experience was great. Of course, most of the credit goes to the wonderful seller who so kind, but whom we would never had met had Still White not existed!More

buyerFantastic platform!! All the filter options made it so easy to find what you're looking for! The only recommendations I would offer are some tighter control over sizing.. often I would search for a a particular size with the filter and would end up with so many dresses which were clearly much bigger. This was a shame and a bit of a time sink because I'd have to sift through so many more dresses to find the ones I wanted to see. Also, perhaps a button could be added to the messaging page to add a payment button, or at least to advise how... we had to do some research to figure out how to make the sale. Otherwise, really great - thank you!More

I had to google search how to “buy it now” and didn’t realize it was to be initiated by the seller when both parties agreed on selling and payment.More

It's a lot of time switching between the different European/UK/Aus/US sizes, and then adding it the extra challenge of bridal sizes. I was looking for label size 8 but a lot of dresses came up in a search that were street size 8 but label size 6. It meant I had to search through size 8 and 10 and look in each listing to find what was the right sizeMore

buyerLoved the website and the ease of filters and being able to control the amount of notifications. Only issue would be that the PayPal was very difficult to organise-- I had lots of issues creating an account and linking cards/bank accounts to the PayPal account. Otherwise, I'm super happy!More
