About the Dress

This dress was purchased from David's Bridal in June 2023 in champagne/ivory. The dress was labelled as a size 14 but fits in between a 14/16 US. Note that there is a very small hole in the outer mesh layer near the zipper (genuinely not noticeable as it's around 1/4" diameter) as my bridesmaid got the zipper caught in it. Dress originally was $1530, belt was $112 and adding the lining was $100.

Alterations

I paid the seamstress to add the belt as well as a champagne underlay to the front of the dress (minus the illusion V). She also put in very small darts on the back of the dress so the keyhole wouldn't gape. The dress has not been shortened at all as I am 5'11 with sneakers.
