No alterations, brand new. Dress has been tried on 2 times and kept in the bag since purchased. I absolutely love the dress, it was a perfect fit off the rack. I recently found out I am pregnant and the dress will not fit me in April when I get married. I don't want to do any extreme alterations as I feel it would really just take away from what the dress is on its own, I'd rather someone else be able to love her and feel as beautiful in it as I did when I picked it.
