Alterations
Originally size 6, altered to fit with measurements as above.
Shortened, I am 5ft 7 inches and wore 3 inch heels. Remeasured and floor to top of head height 180cm - length can vary based on body type.
No bustle added but added small loop to bottom of skirt that can be hooked onto your thumb, I was able to dance in it all night long!
