The Dress
This vintage MWL wedding dress is an absolute stunner. It was purchased from another bride (original owner); however, I never got to wear this dress as my wedding was postponed, and I decided to go with something else for my new wedding date.
Some alterations were made to the original. The seamstress adjusted the size to fit my frame and also added sleeves to the wedding dress with material purchased directly from MWL (see the last 3 photos). The first photo was my inspiration for the sleeves. Alterations can be reversed to the original sizing as the material is still there.
The original dress was sleeveless and a size 10 –
Bust = 89cm
Waist = 74cm
Hips = 93cm
No refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Measurements have been listed so please check carefully.
Alterations
I had the dress altered by a qualified seamstress to a size 8 –
Height with shoes = 175cm (I am 160cm tall and wore 15cm platform heels)
Bust = 89cm
Waist = 70cm
Hips = 93cm
Sleeve length = ~59cm
