The Dress

I wore this original made-to-order AG Colette bridal gown for my September 2022 wedding; I received so many compliments on how classic, elegant, timeless, and romantic it was. The silk crepe (off-white color) material feels like heaven on your skin, and therefore is rather light weight (as compared to those heavily beaded/crepe dresses), and the wide scoop neckline and built-in boning on the bodice makes you feel like Victorian royalty.

The dress is new and was only worn once. UPDATE: the dress has been professionally dry cleaned and is in near-flawless condition (there is nearly no visible wear on the dress with the exception of a very faint 0.5in marking near the very bottom left side of the train - seen in a close-up in the video, and quite easy to miss since it’s so faint). The dress is being stored in its original garment bag, with additional plastic covering for extra care. More photos available per request.

I am also selling the cathedral length veil separately for those interested. It’s an original, made-to-order Tania Maras veil, called “Orchid,” and it’s being sold for $600 (I purchased it for $850). It’s in perfect condition with no visible wear. It goes so well with this Colette gown; it balances the classic look of the wedding dress, by giving it a romantic feel, while adding a bit of drama.

Alterations

Professionally altered as a split size to the following measurements: 4/4/8

A dozen original AG buttons were added to the back of the dress alongside the zipper to elevate the look a bit further; the dress was also slightly taken in at the bust (to enable wearing the dress sans bra) and an American bustle was added on the back.
