Our wedding was in Puerto Rico this past August and it was perfect for our beach side wedding. The dress was easy to travel with as well. The dress is sexy and classy at the same time; it highlighted my curves and I felt very comfortable in it. The slit up the middle allowed me to show off my beautiful shoes and was a unique aspect of the dress. I was thinking of getting a shorter wedding dress but this one had the best of both styles. With the bustle, I danced all night.
Alterations
The top was altered a bit at the sides to fit better. Also have sewed in cups. The seamstress also shortened it slightly. The alterations cost me $600 as it did not need many alterations.
