The Dress

I bought this dress in 2020 for my wedding planned in 2021. Due to Covid, a postponed date, and other complications, I ended up never wearing it. It stayed for as long as possible in the boutique until I finally had to get it in April of 2022. It has not been altered or worn, not even to try on. It was never even taken out of the bag until I took these pictures. Tags are still on and it is in perfect, unworn condition.

I'm in LOVE with this dress. It is simple and sleek and it has nude mesh with beautiful beading along the sides. It also has a pretty open back with a little sparkly belt across the back.

I included the few photos of me that my mom took when we found 'the one.’ My mom wanted a video of the back of the dress because that is where all the detail is! The dress in the images and video attached is the showroom dress, but I did end up ordering the same size as the one I tried on because it fit so well. I am 5'5" (without shoes), around 130 lbs, and wear a 2/4 in normal clothing. The try-on dress and the one I ordered were a size 6 and they fit really well! I was planning on getting the bust altered because I am an A cup and needed to fill the top more, but otherwise it was perfect.

It is truly a shame that this dress never got a chance to be shown off. It would also be a shame for it to sit in my closet for any longer. I would love to find it a new home (:
