The Dress

This dress made me feel so beautiful. I tried on countless dresses as most brides do and as soon as I tried on this dress I knew it was the one. The fabric is lightweight and breathable. It is form-fitting so it doesn't feel like its "wearing you". The design was so unique with the illusion v-neck in the front and back with the impeccable embroidery overlay. The back features the signature Oscar bow. The trumpet bottom made the gown feel glamorous but allowed me to move and dance without issue. I received so many compliments on my gown but truly the best feeling was how much I loved wearing the gown and how much my husband loved it.
*Condition/Flaws: I had the gown professionally cleaned at Meurice Garment Care. I had the gown brought in the day after my wedding to ensure no stains could set. I have paperwork on the cleaning if needed. The base of the dress did get stained. They were able to lift and remove all stains however, there is slight demarcation in color at the base of the gown. I am happy to provide further photos as well. If the dress needed to be hemmed more for you, there is a chance any flawed sections could be removed. Otherwise, I didn't wear any jewelry besides earrings and my rings as I didn't want anything to get caught in the fabric. The dress is in excellent condition! I hope another bride will feel as magical as I did wearing it.

Alterations

I am 5'3" and 120 lbs. I wear a 4/6 in street size. This dress was hemmed as most gowns are made longer than necessary to allow for hemming. I am 5'3" and wore 4" heels. The dress was tailored to my measurements listed here. The tag size is 10 and I usually wear a 4/6 in street dresses. I am a 34B cup bust and didn't need to wear a bra with this dress.
