The Dress

This dress is the Malibu off white part of the 2019 Pronovias princess bridal collection. It is simply stunning and will come with the veil seen in the photos- also Pronovias. It was dry cleaned following my wedding (at over £100) and is in immaculate condition with no marks/stains or faults. UK 8 colour description is off white. Lace detail over the bodice and arms, which subtly flows onto the skirt before stopping. Does up with zip at the back with buttons all the way down the tail of the dress and on the sleeves. The product code for the veil is V-2924 OFW SFT L&CH ANT 3*3.5. I am selling with the Pronovias veil which is at least 3m. I have a record of the order from Pronovias Bond street which I’d be happy to send with. The dress will need a press before your wedding (it will crease on travelling, I had to do the same after collecting from Pronovias) and may need slight alterations depending on your size, frame, height etc. I have reflected these factors in the price. It’s fitted at the top (I didn’t wear with a bra as lots of shaping within the bodice). There’s a corset within the top giving the top a fitted look. Netting at the front under the skirt which maintains the shape of the skirt which flows outward. The tail is long and really needs a long veil. The veil has lace detail around the perimeter and was the most expensive veil they offered at the time. There are ties within the dress (see video) which mean a bustle can be created or there is a hook at the back of the dress at the bottom (shown in video) which can be put around your wrist so that the tail comes up and not dragging (such as during first dance). I used the hook and it looked beautiful- the bustle was a bit trickier to do and you’d need at least one person to do it for you. You will feel like a princess wearing this dress, it’s even nicer in the flesh. If you google Pronovias Malibu wedding dress you can see photos on various wedding boutiques who were selling this dress, that Pronovias were using at the time of purchase. The Pronovias storage bag is damaged (ripped) and dirty but the dress has bern kept in wrapping plus the storage bag and let me re-iterate the dress plus veil are immaculate- hopefully the video shows that. The video is really just to show some of the features I have described and show it’s not marked.

Alterations

The dress was tailored by Pronovias to fit me. The alterations were minor but included taking in at the chest, waist , sleeves and length. I’m 5’3ft or 158cm and wore 3’5 inch heels. Currently the measurements of the dress:
Arm length 42cm
Arm Width (diameter) 11cm (upper arm)
Bust 32cm (arm pit to arm pit)
Length- 141cm (top of dress which sits just under collar bone to floor)
Waist 34cm
